新しくMacを買い替えたのですが
xcodeのプロジェクトを移してpod installしたところ
firebaseだとか他のやつはpod installに成功するのに
realmSwift だけは

こんなエラーが出てインストールできませんでした
一応の策
realmSwift をバージョン指定してpodinstallします。
バージョン指定の仕方は
# Uncomment the next line to define a global platform for your project
platform :ios, '9.0'
target 'ToDoApp' do
# Comment the next line if you're not using Swift and don't want to use dynamic frameworks
use_frameworks!
# Pods for ToDoApp
pod 'RealmSwift', '4.3.2'

こんな感じです
なんか4.4.0以上のバージョンだとできないようです
他のソリューションの参考も載せておきます。
ここによると
ターミナルで
rm -rf ~/.cocoapods/repos/trunk/
するのがかなり有効なようですね
以上の記事を参考にしても私の場合はできなかったので
しょうがなくrealmのバージョンを下げたらできました。
ここにバージョン一覧がありますご参考に
