We have now implemented a backup function in Excel.
I will explain it in this article.
The way to do this is to save the data in Excel file format (.xlsx) to iCloud Drive and then back it up.
Even if you switch to another iPhone or iPad, if the Apple ID is the same
You can restore the data from the saved data in iCloud Drive.
I'll explain in the following order.
・How to backup a single ranking
・How to back up all the rankings created by the app
・How to restore a ranking from a backup

How to back up a single ranking.
1. Select the ranking you want to back up from the folder and bring it up to the main screen. This ranking will be backed up.
2.Click the Backup button.
3.Click "Backup this ranking in Excel file format".
4.You will see a white loading spinning wheel. Please do not close the application until it finishes spinning because it is processing the backup.
If you are using a lot of images in your ranking, it may take several minutes.
5.When the message "Backup is finished" appears, the backup is complete.
If you click "Yes", you can check the data backed up to iCloud Drive immediately. If you don't want to check the data, please select "No".
※You can also check the backup from the File app in your iPhone or iPad.
How to backup all the rankings made by the app
1.Press the "Backup" button.
2.Press "Backup all rankings in Excel file format".
3.Press the "Backup" button.
4.You will see a white loading screen spinning around. Please do not close the application until it finishes spinning because it is backing up.
If you are using a lot of images in your ranking, it may take several minutes.
For example, if you use about 100 images, it will take about a minute.
5.When the message "Backup is finished" appears, the backup is complete.
If you press "Yes" here, you can check the data backed up to iCloud Drive immediately. If you don't want to check the data, please select "No".
※You can also check the backup from the File app on your iPhone or iPad.
How to restore the ranking from the backup
In order to migrate the data you just backed up to the destination iPhone or iPad, you need to follow the steps below.
1.Press the "Backup" button.
2.Press "Import rankings from backup".
3.You will be prompted to select a file from your iCloud Drive. The "RankingMaker" folder contains the backup data, so select the ranking you want to migrate.
4.If you want to select multiple rankings at once, click the round button above.
5.Press the "Select" button.
6.Tap the ranking you want to migrate and select it.
Select "Select All" in the upper left corner to select all the rankings.
7.Press "Open" ※Be careful not to mistake this for "Done".
8.Wait until the white circle finishes spinning. During this time, the migration process is taking.
9.The migration is complete when you see the message "Import all done".
Please check the ranking folder to see if it has been migrated.
